The deal, in plain English.

Grow with Seededly, cancel anytime, and treat our guidance like a knowledgeable friend's advice — a great head start, not a guarantee. Be kind, don't break things, and the garden's yours.
These terms are the agreement between you and Seededly. We've written them to be read. Using the app means you're on board with them.
Using Seededly
Seededly is a food-growing coach: you tell us what you want to grow and where you are, and we give you location-tuned steps, calendars, tools, and an AI plant doctor. Some features are free; others come with a paid plan.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. Keep your details accurate so your weather and timing stay right. If your plan includes household sharing, you can invite the people you actually share a garden with — not the whole neighborhood.
Plans & billing
- Free stays free — one crop, fully coached, no card required.
- Paid plans (Gardener, Planner, Homestead) are billed through Stripe, yearly or monthly depending on the plan.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, so your garden never blinks out mid-season.
- Cancel anytime — right in the app. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you're back to Free. We don't delete your garden when you go.
- Prices can change over time. If they do, we'll tell you before it affects you, and never mid-term on a plan you've already paid for.
Refunds
Because you can cancel anytime and keep what you paid for, we generally don't refund a period that's already running. But if you were charged in error, or something's genuinely wrong, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
🌱 The important part — garden advice has limits. Seededly's guidance is built from trusted horticultural sources and tuned to your local weather, but growing is local, living, and full of surprises. We can't guarantee a harvest, and our tips are general guidance, not professional advice.
Grow safely
For anything that touches your health or safety, please confirm with local, qualified sources before you act — especially:
- Eating & foraging — never eat a wild or unfamiliar plant on an app's say-so; identification is your responsibility.
- Preserving & canning — follow tested, up-to-date food-safety guidelines for your method and altitude.
- Health, allergies, pets & medical questions — check with a qualified professional.
- Chemicals & local rules — follow product labels and your local regulations.
You're responsible for what you plant, pick, preserve, and eat.
Fair use
Please don't misuse Seededly: no scraping or copying the content wholesale, no reselling it, no attacking or overloading the service, and nothing illegal or harmful to others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your garden data is yours. By using Seededly, you give us permission to store and process it for the one purpose of running the service for you (see the Privacy policy). We don't claim ownership of your garden.
Availability & changes
We work hard to keep Seededly running and improving, but it's provided "as is." We may add, change, or retire features, and occasionally things break or go down. We'll do our best to keep the disruption small.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Seededly isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for the outcomes of your garden — including lost plants, harvests, or the results of following our guidance. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and flag anything significant in the app. Continuing to use Seededly means you accept the update.
